After New York and London, the fashion spectacle shifted to Milan, where the fall/winter 2026 collections were presented. In the Italian fashion capital, it wasn't just about clothes, but about new directions, strategic debuts, and bold statements. MASTERS rounds up the most talked-about moments from Milan Fashion Week 2026.

FENDI

After nine years at the helm of Dior, Maria Grazia Chiuri became creative director of fashion house Fendi at the end of last year. Her very first collection made a splash at the Milan show, making it a key debut this season. Supported by a star-studded front row, including names like Uma Thurman, Jessica Alba, and Monica Bellucci, the collection was understated, featuring a plethora of black dresses and tailored pieces, accented with animal print, colors like khaki and yellow, and signature fur-inspired outerwear.

Gucci

Gucci's debut under Demna's leadership sparked one of the week's most talked-about moments. The "Guccimaxxing" aesthetic, a nod to the Tom Ford era of the '90s, featured body-conscious looks and a new, confident attitude. With supermodels on the runway and a finale featuring Kate Moss's return to the Gucci catwalk after more than two decades, the brand made it clear that this new phase isn't a cautious start, but rather a bold stance.

BOSS

Over 600 guests showed up to see the latest BOSS show—and that was before news broke that brand ambassador David Beckham would be front row. Fortunately, the focus remained on the catwalk, where a striking cast of models appeared in sharp suits and impeccably tailored pieces enlivened with rich colors, prints, and embellishments.

Diesel

Diesel is a brand that often makes headlines, and at its AW26 show, it outdid itself again. The space was filled with some 50.000 archive pieces, illuminated under bright lights, as a tribute to nearly fifty years of Diesel culture. It made a statement about reuse and transformation, with a collection dedicated to upcycling and recycled materials.
