In 2018, French DJ and music producer David Guetta bought the Miami Beach apartment. Located on the 37th floor, the property offers impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Miami skyline.

Guetta recently sold the apartment in a off market deal for $16 million (€14.5 million), setting a record price per square foot. The 234-square-foot (67.886-square-meter) condo sold for about €XNUMX per square foot, one of the highest prices ever paid in Miami Beach and Miami-Dade County.

The exclusive residence features three bedrooms, two of which are master suites, three bathrooms, a spacious balcony and – of course – the entire apartment is equipped with Sonos speakers. The complex itself offers a range of amenities, including three infinity pools, a spa, a fitness centre, a restaurant and 24-hour valet service with security.

Guetta, who has sold more than 10 million albums worldwide, has made a smart investment by not only using his home for personal relaxation, but also regularly renting it out for amounts of $28.000 a week. Although he has now sold his Miami apartment, he has his eye on a property on Indian Creek Island, one of Miami’s most exclusive enclaves, home to celebrities such as Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump and Jeff Bezos.
