1.1 These Visitor Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors of MASTERS EXPO, organised by MASTERS HQ B.V.

1.2 MASTERS HQ B.V. will make efforts to ensure that the visit to MASTERS EXPO proceeds well, in reasonableness and fairness, without this leading to an obligation to achieve a result.

2.1 All offers, programme announcements, communications and price quotations made by MASTERS HQ B.V. and/or by third parties with respect to MASTERS EXPO are non-binding. MASTERS HQ B.V. accepts no liability for evident errors in this information or in the (pre)sale of tickets by third parties.

2.2 The Visitor is obliged to show their ticket upon request to recognisable officials of RAI Amsterdam and/or MASTERS HQ B.V., including upon entry to the fair location.

2.3 Loss, theft or non-use of a ticket is entirely at the Visitor's own expense. No refund will be given in these cases. A ticket once obtained cannot be exchanged.

The Visitor acknowledges that other visitors may take photographs and video recordings during MASTERS EXPO.

3.4 MASTERS HQ B.V. is entitled to make image and sound recordings during MASTERS EXPO. The Visitor hereby grants permission for the use of their portrait or likeness for promotional and editorial purposes, without any claim to compensation.
