Restaurant De Librije has pulled out all the stops to satisfy culinary food hearts this Christmas. There is a choice of a 4 or 5 course menu with matching wines. The menu consists of foie gras, caviar eggs, pike perch, duck and to finish a delectable dessert. On the calendar you can see exactly on which days the box can be delivered. Would you rather pick it up? That's also possible. The package can be ordered from December 4 to January 11. The box can be kept for three days after receipt. Tip from De Librije: order on time, because only a few boxes are available each day. The 5-course menu costs €119.95 per person.
If it is up to restaurant Sense, you can enjoy a Christmas meal at home just as much as outdoors. The dishes from the 4-course menu will make your mouth water before they do. Combine the lobster, oxtail dumpling, venison back and a Dulche de Leche dessert with the matching wine pairing and finish with a cheese platter to be ordered separately. For the finishing touch, winter or white truffle can be ordered with it. Place your order before December 18 and it will be ready on December 24 at Sense restaurant. The price per person is €59.50.
Thanks to De Witte Zwaan, Christmas 2020 will be unparalleled in taste. Start with a fresh tuna tataki, followed by a lobster bisque, pork belly, venison and finish with a surprising dessert. The 5-course menu can be complemented with oysters, bread, a selection of cheeses and garnishes, matching wines, champagne and friandises. The price of the 5-course menu is €55 per person.
