FG Restaurant - Rotterdam
We can all use a little extra love during this time. Francois Geurds' Valentine's box will make your Valentine's Day complete. The seven-course menu consists of powerful, wintry and above all flavorful dishes that will make your mouth water immediately. Dinner begins with homemade and the most famous butter in the world: algae butter. The appetizer consists of no less than five different preparations of topinambur, a Jerusalem artichoke. These include black winter truffle. The main course, a 24-hour cooked beef sugo with celeriac, gravy and various garnishes perfectly complement the flavors of the small appetizers. Hopefully there will be a little room left for the chocolate dessert and homemade chocolates... This sounds like music to your ears, right?
Koenraad, Utrecht
Koenraad's five-course menu will give you a Valentine's Day you won't soon forget. Kick off your culinary journey with fresh langoustines and a glass of bubbly. Continue your journey with a perfectly cooked halibut and get ready for the two main courses: pork belly and fallow deer. Choose the matching wines and nothing can go wrong, or can it? Did you forget to buy a flower for your loved one? Koenraad thinks in solutions. Order a bunch of beautiful red roses with it and really: you are the men of the match!
