Throwback to Restaurant M*

Pop-up Restaurant M*, led by curator Carsten Klint, is the most talked-about gastronomic concept in the Netherlands. At MASTERS EXPO 2022 it accounted for a record 54 Michelin stars. It was the only place where all the great top chefs - 34 in total in 2022 - celebrated the joy of their profession together. Shoulder to shoulder, evening to evening, afternoon to afternoon.

Once again this year the doors of Restaurant M* will open at MASTERS EXPO - from December 7 to 11 in RAI Amsterdam. Once again with a record number of star chefs in the kitchen. This year the business fair bears the theme The Magical Editon.
