Since 2019, co-owner Ria van Hemert and her interior design specialists Manon de Vlieger and Meike Elzinga welcome you to a spectacular space, where you will be surprised with unexpected color and shape combinations. It is the source of inspiration from which Nu Art & Design ultimately creates the environment in your home or office where you have always wanted to be. Van Hemert: 'Completely custom-made and according to the client's wishes. In which nothing must and everything is allowed'.
Nu Art & Design in Woerden combines art with exclusive interior design. The gallery is a continuation of van Hemert's years of experience as an interior designer. She is regularly asked to visit people's homes for interior advice. Van Hemert: "Life consists of more than the living room. Before I opened the gallery I did interiors for hotels and restaurants in addition to home interiors. A home office, the dining table, the living room and the interior of the workplace all play an important role in the enjoyment of living. Thoughtful office furniture with design and modern comfort help create an atmosphere in which people feel good. As a result, they are more productive and creative. After our visit, we create a plan in which art and interior come together with the client's values and experience. We take care of the production, planning and installation of the necessary furniture. We work with our own network of contractors, plasterers, painters and other specialists. In doing so, we also take a good deal of worry and hassle out of people's hands."
