Meet the new Brabus Crawler

Looking for a cool car for this summer? Then perhaps the new Brabus Crawler Buggy is for you. Derived from the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, wild and built to race over sandy plains.Text: Fleur de Jong
Image: BrabusBrabus is a German tuning company that modifies Daimler AG' s cars. The Crawler was built by the tuning company to celebrate its 45th anniversary. Essentially, the offroader is a Mercedes-AMG G63, but with a new body and a whopping 900 horsepower. The baby carriage has 53 inches of ground clearance, 20-inch off-road wheels and only a tubular frame made of high-grade steel that will protect the driver on the roughest terrains. One thing is for sure, this baby carriage is not legal on normal roads.....

You have to have something to show for it

Inside the Crawler's airy cabin are four full-carbon racing seats, finished in the same color as the exterior. Under the hood is a V8 engine, which makes you go from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 3.4 seconds. Don't worry about getting lost, by the way, because the dashboard is simply equipped with navigation.

However, this particular baby carriage is not the first 4×4 that Brabus based on the Mercedes-AMG G63, earlier this year it already released a supertruck with 790 hp also known as the 800 Adventure XLP Superblack

The price of the Crawler will be around €750,000. A total of only 15 examples will be released, so you will definitely have a unique specimen in your hands. Also read: 'Meet the Mercedes-AMG EQS 53 4Matic'
