Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam

The Stedelijk is the largest museum of contemporary and modern art in Amsterdam. "The Bathtub" - as Amsterdammers also call the futuristic annex to the historic museum building - can be found among the other luminaries on Museumplein. The museum houses a permanent collection also impressive art, but changing exhibitions are also part of the grand museum.

Kröller-Müller Museum, Veluwe

At the Kröller-Müller Museum, you are face to face with the second largest Vincent van Gogh collection in the world, with nearly 90 paintings and over 180 drawings. Also on display are masterpieces by modern masters such as Georges Seurat, Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso and Piet Mondrian. The museum is surrounded by one of the largest sculpture gardens in Europe. A 25-acre outdoor gallery in which modern sculpture finds a natural destination.

Museum Voorlinden, Wassenaar

A huge, lifelike artwork of an elderly couple on the beach or a pool where you can go underwater without getting wet. These extraordinary works of art can be found on the beautiful estate near Wassenaar. It is also the largest private art collection in the Netherlands.

Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, Rotterdam

The Boijmans Van Beuningen houses many old masters, but even more modern art. From pop art and impressionism to surrealism with masterpieces by famous artists such as Van Gogh, Dali, Picasso, Magritte and Degas.
