Louwman Exclusive

Under the roof of Louwman Exclusive is a treasure chest of high-end cars. Louwman Exclusive is more than a car sales company. It is a provider of freedom and independence, enabling people to fulfill their deepest desires. "We are an exception in the market. We have many exclusive brands under our roof. From upper tier luxury limousines to super fast sports cars. The real sports cars. The most extreme car is the McLaren. This is the extreme when it comes to performance driven brands. We do sales and service so we are also after sales responsible for a number of brands. Our team is very heavily trained. Our market goes beyond the Netherlands. To keep the range wide, we also have many cars that are somewhat less suitable for the Dutch market, but are suitable for the foreign market. So we have both Dutch and foreign customers. People from abroad even come to the Netherlands for our service department," says Arjen.

Passionate

"I have been working at Louwman Exclusive for eight years. My job is to make sure that everyone on the team has the knowledge, resources and opportunities to do their job well. It is very important for both me and the company that the team works with pleasure and enthusiasm. I really enjoy that. After all, the basis of satisfied customers is an enthusiastic team."

Confidence = success

"We work a lot internationally and are used to doing business online. Cars are even sold without us seeing the customer. That has a lot to do with the trust built up. If we describe things and say how it is, people are willing to buy the product based on that information. If a customer does run into something, we will either fix it or reverse the transaction. That instills confidence in doing business that way, and that has a lot to do with the good name we've built up over the years."

"From 2013, we have been part of the fair. That was always a special moment. It was a celebration for us to receive customers, meet other people and meet colleagues. I see it primarily as a welcoming opportunity for our customers. Of course we also welcome new people, but it is mainly a home base for our existing customers. Therein lies the win-win."
