What is your personal USP?

“Different USPs are important at every stage of your company. At the moment this means, for example, calling in external expertise when necessary, but I still want to be fully informed and contribute ideas. But in the end it is complete dedication always very strong for the company and therefore very important!

What can the older generation of entrepreneurs learn from you?

"As far as I'm concerned, they don't necessarily have to be older entrepreneurs, but I still too often see companies and entrepreneurs who make decisions based on instinct, while they could also have used data for that, even at tech companies! Of course, every entrepreneur should start by relying on feelings alone, but once you have the opportunity to collect enough data, you should make the majority of decisions based on facts.."

Who is your mentor or source of inspiration in the field of entrepreneurship?

“To be honest, I don't have a real teacher or source of inspiration that I look up to. But I do look up to the hard ones work ethic from my parents, brother and sisters.''

What is your motto or quote?

”So far in life I have learned that perseverance and determination are the two most important ingredients to achieve success. Hard and dedicated work always pays off.”

What is the biggest entrepreneurial risk you have taken so far?

“That's not very exciting in my case. Perhaps the biggest risk I have taken is the choice to continue with us after graduatingproject' instead of choosing a career in business."

Where will you be in 3 years?

”About 3 years StuDocu has grown into a global player in the EdTech market.''Do you know or are you a successful, young entrepreneur who also deserves a place in the spotlight? Please email Fleur de Jong ( here for new kid Pascuál AB.
