Is your mouth watering already?

Chef Stefan van Sprang of Aan de Poel restaurant** provided a delicious Michelin-starred lunch in honor of a new luxury kitchen gadget: Solitaire's The Waterbase. The chef is a close acquaintance of MASTERS EXPO's high-profile pop-up star restaurant Restaurant M* and the kitchen is, of course, the Master of Haute Cuisine's domain.

A feast for the taste buds

The star-studded lunch took place at Het Inspiratiehuis 20|20 in Hoofddorp. Van Sprang began with an amuse bouche and a dish of sea bass and eel served with crispy chicken, salty vegetables and matching wine. Following that, they enjoyed a lobster and curry served with mirin and macadamia. In between followed a Chamomile Highball spoom, with tea made from the boiling water. The main course was an exceptional sukade and foil grass that the chef topped at the table with sprout and morel sauce. The final course was a dessert of yogurt and passion fruit topped off with merengue and served with an Ex Pornstar Martini from the cocktail shaker, with a different type of water from the Waterbase.

When water meets culinary dishes...

The Waterbase, a new smart and high-end sink, transforms the kitchen into a smooth and calm surface. The sink can be controlled with a touch control screen that is virtually invisible and easy to operate. It thereby delivers different types of water such as boiling and 80° C water, ice cold water, classic sparkling water, medium sparkling water and flat water at room temperature. In addition to the standard types of tap water. Stefan van Sprang used the various types of water during lunch when preparing his dishes.

The global premiere of The Waterbase is driving the definitive transformation of the classic kitchen into an aesthetic space, realizing sleek, minimalist design through the integration of multiple functions. When a sink no longer looks like a sink, it can break the boundaries of interior design and become the starting point for entirely new spatial concepts. The Waterbase creates a completely new appliance category that encourages the creation of open, multifunctional living spaces. It is a design object with versatile options for drinking water and a thoughtful interior designed to create tranquility on the worktop.

Aesthetics

The striking and discreet Waterbase fits into any living space and does not have the appearance of a work area. The Infinity Cover hides the sink from view and creates a uniform look thanks to a continuous surface, without compromising functionality. Practical yet beautiful to look at - water can be tapped at any height of the cover, with excess water drained through a narrow slot. The Infinity Cover is adjustable in height at all times to allow any desired action: from quick hand washing to polishing large pans; the depth of the sink is adjusted as needed. The sink is electronically lockable and can be filled with water.
