Ducati Panigale V4S

"In collaboration with Custom Dreams, I created a one-of-a-kind Ducati Panigale V4S. In doing so, I sought the combination of Metallic Nardo Grey, Fluo green, Glossy Black and gold rims as the color scheme. The fairing parts are painted in the design of my paintings, the saddle I added a Fluo green design with custom stitching. Other details such as the brake calipers and winglets are also done in Fluo green. All in all, the project took six months to complete. The bike is now showing off in my workshop; I walk past it every day."

Helicopter tour over the Cape Peninsula, South Africa

"Super to fly over Cape Town by helicopter because you get a really good overview of where everything is. The villa district, Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Camp's Bay, the Groenpunt Stadium... I also really saved it very consciously, of: wow, I'm flying here with my parents over the city where I was born."

The Bungalow, Cape Town, South Africa

"I was born in Clifton, a suburb of Cape Town where you find the most beautiful and expensive villas in the country. At that time we had a house with stairs that led to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I have no further memories of that. I do have memories of restaurant The Bungalow, where I went three years ago: the perfect place to watch that sunset."

Hostal La Torre, Cap Negret, Ibiza

"This is one of the eateries owned by Christian and Alan Anandon, better known as the Mambo Brothers. At La Torre you can eat authentic food, but what's special above all: you actually sit with your table on top of the rocks, where you witness the most beautiful sunset. And everyone starts clapping when the sun disappears into the sea at the horizon. One of the most magical places I know."

Grande Roche Hotel, Paarl, South Africa

"This is where I stayed for two nights with my parents. A beautiful classic hotel with rustic almost rustic decor. The gardens made a big impression. I remember taking a picture of my parents there and knowing: this is a moment I'm going to save, my parents happy in their former life."
