It took no less than four days to completely rig up the tree and make it the eye-catcher that it is today. The Christmas tree is the scene of many family portraits and romantic snapshots and is a household name in Noordwijk and the surrounding area.

Rich tradition

The well-known hotel on the Noordwijk coast is lighting its tree for the thirteenth time. In recent years, the likes of Jochem Myjer, Dirk Kuyt and Prince Pieter Christiaan of Orange Cor van Zadelhoff have preceded Cor van Zadelhoff in being ambassador for the Christmas Tree Lighting.
