High-flyer wanted: World's tallest penthouse for sale in Dubai

The penthouse is offered as a shell, which means you can furnish it entirely to your own taste. The investment required to transform it into a true showpiece? Around €4.7 million. But according to the agent, the value after renovation could double to more than €106 million.
