Blue Estate Island will be the world's first floating city on which apartments will be built. From small studios to gigantic mansions with, of course, views of the Caribbean Sea. The island will be built in 2023 and will be as big as half of Monaco. There is room for accommodation for 15,000 people and, in addition, it is planned to build several businesses, schools and hospitals. Peace, cleanliness and regularity ... Sounds wonderful right? It does come with a price tag, as prices start at €25,000 euros and can reach up to €1 billion. And what do you get for all that?

The island is flanked by beautiful gables and bodies of water, keeping the atmosphere of island life intact. The floating homes offer plenty of space and are a short distance from Miami and the Bahamas. If your eye falls on a studio, it comes with a modern kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. Does a mansion better suit your needs and desires? Brace yourself, because an oasis of luxury will await you. In addition to a huge garden, indoor and outdoor pool, golf course, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and outdoor kitchen, owners of a mansion will also receive several (as yet unknown) privileges.

Privacy has also been considered: a 45-meter-high wall will be built around the island. Should you ever plan to dock with a sloop ... Don't try this at the floating home!
