Eysing unveils this first

Eysing is joining forces with a big, international name in automotive. The company is the story of four entrepreneurial friends with a great love and passion for automotive. In the Brabant town of Vught, the young bosom friends Alain van Dijk (27), Rik Smits (28), Stijn Smit (23) and Jasper Smit (27) began the initial drawings for their Eysing in 2014: an innovative e-moped with retro looks, a tribute to the pre-war motorcycle. 

Eysing's success is not going unnoticed internationally. The Italians spotted the Brabant-based company in the spring of this year. The world-renowned design firm saw in Eysing the ideal partner for the development of e-mobility. 

History written

Kevin Rice, CCO of Pininfarina is proud to welcome the company as a member of the Pininfarina family. He cites the passion and vision of the Dutch as decisive for the partnership: "With the Pioneer, they made history. We are continuing that line with our design by connecting the past and the future. Thus we appeal to the imagination in the same way that Eysing did earlier with his first design."

For the bosom friends behind Eysing, a long-held wish is coming true: "At first we couldn't believe it," says Head of Sales Jasper Smit. "It is special that we are developing the successor to our first e-moped with Pininfarina. In terms of design, they are at the top level. We are therefore extremely proud of the cooperation."
