A hotel room with a view of both the moon and Earth: by 2027 it should be possible. Voyager Station will not only be a place to stay, but it will also be a luxury resort with spa, restaurant and even cinema. Be quick, because you can already make reservations! Text: Fleur de Jong

The hotel will look like a kind of Ferris wheel floating in orbit. An outer ring is attached to the center of the structure by elevators. The spinning wheel with 24 modules, will create an artificial gravity, making the stay in the space much more pleasant. The more guests move into the outside of the hotel, the more gravity there will be. Voyager Station has all the amenities, including restaurants, entertainment venues, a gym, a spa and stores. There is even an opportunity to take a space walk. The price of the residence is still unclear, but it is expected to be around 5 million euros. The company behind Voyager Station calls the space construction the first space hotel, but this remains to be seen. In January, Axiom also announced plans to begin construction of an AxStation in 2026, however, it is not expected to be completed until 2028 at the earliest.
Some modules have already been sold to NASA and ESA for research in space. In fact, the hotel can host training of future astronauts and scientific research.
