Image: Stars 'n CarsLovers of cars and culinary delights have the opportunity to sit at the table on July 1 and 2 during Stars 'n Cars at the Louwman Museum, The Hague. Here, none other than star chef Onno Kokmeijer will take them on a gastronomic journey along some of the museum's masterpieces, followed by a delicious dinner among legendary Formula 1 cars from Zandvoort's history.

Prior to dinner, the culinary journey begins past some of the museum's masterpieces. Among others, the Swan Car of the Maharajah of Nabha and the MB 500K spezial roadster, one of the masterpieces of Mercedes-Benz, pass in review. In The Great Hall during this opening weekend of the Zandvoort Classic Formula 1 exhibition, some exclusive and legendary Formula 1 cars are on display. You literally dine among the most unique pieces of the exhibition. Guests can also opt for the VIP Private experience, an even more extravagant experience in the museum's private library for which a limited number of seats are available both nights. Among the museum's unique masterpieces, Roel Aarts, of Roel Aarts design studio, will provide the styling.

The stars of the evening

At the end of last year, Onno Kokmeijer closed the door of restaurant Ciel Bleu for the last time, as executive chef, to look for a new challenge. After disappearing from the scene for some time, the star chef will put on his chef's jacket again on July 1 and 2 for the first time to show and taste his cooking skills, which have been praised by gastronomic Holland.

Edgaras Razminas, known as perhaps the most eccentric sommelier in the Netherlands, was named sommelier of the year by Michelin in 2021. The Lithuanian-born sommelier spent eight years at the very highest level in wine and food, specializing in champagne.

BCBG Events, organizer of Stars 'n Cars, is offering the opportunity to experience these culinary evenings. If you want to be assured of a spot, book here.
