It is an interesting market in which a lot is happening and in which we as a Studio can provide great added value and can certainly make a difference.""By now I can honestly say, that we are specialized in raising the level of quality and living enjoyment in the high-end residential sector. As a multi-functional Studio, we are very capable of creating interesting floor plans that appeal to both the developer and the individual buyer. But of course we can do more than that important aspect alone. We are often involved in the project when the architect is still in the preliminary design stage, so that we can use our broad expertise at an early stage, including in the area of facade design. After all, we design from the inside out, so the interior seamlessly connects with the exterior and vice versa. For several years now we have also been designing the exteriors for villas, both for developers and private individuals. This is a wonderful addition to our services. The first Studio Mariska Jagt homes are rising in various places in the Netherlands and throughout Europe. Something that is of course incredibly cool to experience and definitely makes you want more. After all, this allows us to realize a total concept, which we can fully tailor to the wishes and lifestyle of our client.""Naturally, we also provide the designs for the interiors for the various projects, which are initially expressed in renders. These digital and barely distinguishable from a real photograph are used for sales brochures and websites. The designs are also realized in model homes. But we also sit down with individual buyers to advise them on their own homes, so that, if desired, we can create their own "home.
We have since completed numerous projects for various developers: Amsterdam Sluishuis, State, Oostenburg, Westerpark West and Bold. And what about the exclusive and beautiful Bayhouse in Rotterdam or UpMountain in Amstelveen and Oegstgeest on the Rhine? Each of these are wonderful, challenging and successful projects for Studio Mariska Jagt to work on.""The nice thing about projects like these is that they are long-term plans. It is wonderful to sit at the drawing table with the developer and then be able to realize several individual homes per building. Soon we will start with the eight luxury homes in the Bold project in Amsterdam. In the building we will eventually deliver eight individual homes and not one home is the same. Each home will have its own character, tailored to the occupant.
