The ultimate Ferrari for a perfect summer day? Roel Hoefnagels shares his favorites.

“Ferrari remains by far number one.” Certainly if it’s up to Roel Hoefnagels. In the run-up to MASTERS SUMMER EXPO, MASTERS speaks with him about the world of exclusive cars, where rarity, emotion, and limited models still set the tone. And the ultimate Ferrari for a perfect summer day? He has clear favorites for that too.

Looking ahead to the coming period: what are the three most visible trends within the world of exclusive cars?

The Ferrari brand is by far number one. In addition, limited models are a good investment. What is also striking is that electric cars are not catching on at all in the highest segment.

Does your customers' behavior change towards the summer?

In recent years, trade has continued more gradually. Previously, we saw clear peaks in the second quarter and in the month of December, but that is less strongly the case now.

What do you notice customers are looking for most right now?

Customers are primarily looking for rarity, lightweight versions, and cars with emotion. That automatically results in a good investment as well.

What is absolutely no longer acceptable in the world of exclusive cars this summer, and what is?

The electric Ferrari Luce, which has just been launched, is simply unacceptable and is being met with disbelief everywhere. A Ferrari as a daily car, however, is perfectly possible.

MASTERS SUMMER EXPO takes place in Brabant. What does Brabant mean to you?

Brabant borders our location and therefore also provides local clientele. At the same time, we are nationally and European-oriented.

What are you personally looking forward to the most this summer?

For me, that is vacation combined with business, and besides that, many great events.

In your opinion, what is the ultimate Ferrari for a perfect summer day?

The Ferrari 812 Competizione as a limited Ferrari and the Ferrari 296 GTS to really clear my head.

What do you hope visitors to MASTERS SUMMER EXPO will come to discover or experience at your venue?

We hope for increased brand awareness, new relationships, and the strengthening of our current positioning. We are bringing the very latest models and heavily limited models.

MASTERS SUMMER EXPO

From June 11 to 14, The Duke Business Club in Nistelrode transforms into an exclusive summer paradise: MASTERS SUMMER EXPO.
