All creations are made from natural materials and are custom made, so almost nothing is impossible. From restaurants to bathrooms, everywhere you could find the sides flower creations from STYLERZ24. With work experience in her parents' company, Bo learned the tricks of the entrepreneurial trade at a young age, but could the older generation still learn something from her? MASTERS started the conversation.

What is your personal USP?

“What sets me apart is that I am very creative, but I also do and think of everything myself. This means that in principle I don't need anyone to do everything. That's how I buy prepare all materials, answer requests, make quotes and invoices, make the planning, prepare the blossom tree, make it yourself and deliver it yourself.”

What can the older generation of entrepreneurs learn from you?

“What the older generation of entrepreneurs can learn from me is that social media can be the basis of your business, beautiful photos and a short text are what sells today. Contact with the customer comes later in the process and not in advance."

Who is your mentor or source of inspiration in the field of entrepreneurship?

"My parents. I come from a real entrepreneurial family, my father runs Stefan Enthoven Expo Flora for over 17 years. Expo flora is a rental company for fairs and events and has been around for 36 years. This is where I gain a lot of my experience, and I have been working here for nine years now. Els Enthoven is my mother and has had the company Stylerz24 for nine years. She does business very differently from my father. As an entrepreneur, I am truly a combination of my father and mother. Ultimately you have to walk your own path and I certainly do that!''

What is your motto or quote?

“If you really want something and go for it, you will succeed. When I was 14 years old, I worked in a flower shop next to school and during my MAVO I took a flower training course for which you actually had to be 18 years old. I obtained this diploma when I was sixteen. When I was 20 years old, I realized that I wanted more freedom at the Expo Flora company, so I started taking a driver training course and successfully completed it. I can tell you that these are really tough exams and above all very technical. But: if you really want something and go for it, you will succeed.”

What is the biggest entrepreneurial risk you have taken so far?

“I have only been an official entrepreneur since July 1, so I have not yet taken any major risks as an entrepreneur.”

Where will you be in 3 years?

”In three years I will still be working with my mother and we will have... STYLERZ24 taken to an even higher level in terms of quality and visibility.''Do you know or are you a successful, young entrepreneur who also deserves a place in the spotlight?
