Looking inside Aston Martin's luxury residential tower in Miami

Anyone who thinks that only super-fast cars roll off the assembly line at Aston Martin is wrong. The British car brand has also had a luxury residential tower in sunny Miami since 2017. Nothing new, but after years of waiting we can finally look inside this luxury residence of Aston Martin.Text: Patrick Stoffer

That's when residents will be able to enter their luxurious retreats. The residential tower has as many as 66 floors with stunning views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami River and the Florida state skyline.

In the Aston Martin residential tower, space has been made for seven luxury penthouses and 38 apartments, obviously with ocean views. You can move into a penthouse in this residence from €22.5 million, and a 65 m2 apartment starts at €500,000. The jewel of the building is a 320 m2 triplex apartment with private pool. Of course, this comes with a hefty price tag. To take up residence here, you'll need to deposit over €42 million into the Aston Martin bank account. By the way, you do get an Aston Martin Vulcan with it.

Residents need not be bored in the residence, as the building houses a virtual golf room, art gallery, spa and wellness, multiple swimming pools, fitness center overlooking the ocean, hair salon, beauty salon and meditation rooms. In addition to being able to park their car(s) here, there is also a private marina here, where superyachts can be docked.

It seems to be a real trend of automobile brands to build skyscrapers with residences out of the ground. In addition to Aston Martin, Porsche and Bentley have also recently added residential towers to their catalogs. Miami appears to be a popular place, as these residential towers are also located here for the jet set.

About 75% of the homes have now been sold. Do you have some spare cash and are interested in a spare Miami getaway? Then check out the website.Photo: Aston Martin Residences
