Miami's skyline will receive a new addition with the arrival of a 320-meter high residential tower. With this enormous height, the so-called Waldorf Astoria tower in Miami will become one of the tallest residential towers in the world. Text: Fleur de Jong

The residential tower in Miami will consist of a series of nine glass cubes that are stacked on top of each other in a playful way. One of the developers calls it a big challenge to make something that almost looks like it can't be made.

Fully equipped

California-based company BAMO has been brought in to do the interiors of the residential tower. The amenities this residential tower offers include a restaurant, a swimming pool, meeting rooms, a spa and fitness center. The apartments themselves will contain smart-home technology, so that residents can request all kinds of services with a few taps on the screen, such as restaurant reservations. In addition to all amenities, you also have exceptional views over the city from every corner of the apartment and offer unobstructed views of the nearby water.

An apartment in this tower costs approximately 1 million euros.
