With a fascination with the course of life, Joep's works push the boundaries between art, architecture and design with a desire to create thought-provoking artistic masterpieces that reflect on society while being functional objects. Here, he lets loose in our public spaces with more than 120 artworks by Atelier van Lieshout found throughout the hotel.
On top of Van Lieshout's collection, the 300-square-meter art'otel Gallery on the first floor, with ever-changing exhibitions curated by Amsterdam Street Art, and a spectacular 12-meter-long digital art curtain that takes center stage in the lobby, ensures that art'otel Amsterdam truly lives up to its name, with art inspiration to be found around every corner.
