You need this:

  • butter
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla pod
  • Honey
  • White wine
  • Appel
  • Peer
  • Pineapple
  • Mango
  • Kiwi
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • or which fruits are available

Caramelize a frying pan with butter and sugar. After this, first put in the hard fruit, such as the apple and pear.
