First Contact: Lost Tribe of the Amazon

Indigenous tribes of the Amazon jungle have lived in isolation for years, with no contact with other tribes or individuals. An anthropologist takes up the challenge and ventures deep into the Amazon jungle to investigate whether the discovery of a long-hidden tribe means the end for the completely isolated other tribes. The anthropologist visits the boys Xani and Shirimaku and their families, to discover how the families live and have lived. He also gets answers to the questions of why they lived in isolation for so long and how they came out of isolation.

First Contact: Lost Tribe of the Amazon can be seen on Pathé Home, Netflix and Amazon.
